Training Director
With over 36 years of experience across the public and private sectors, Willie leads training strategy and skills development at Phambili Village Campus. His expertise spans vocational education, policy development, and multi-sector training initiatives, driving impactful and sustainable workforce development.

Maryke van Huyssteen
Campus Manager
With over 13 years of experience in education leadership, Maryke oversees campus operations and student success. She is focused on creating a structured, supportive environment that enables both staff and learners to thrive.

Kurt Reddi
Facilitator — Fitting
Kurt brings over 30 years of experience in mechanical engineering and fitting. As a Facilitator and Assessor, he is passionate about developing skilled artisans through practical training, mentorship, and a strong focus on industry readiness.

Precious Nzima
Facilitator — Electrical
A qualified Millwright with over 20 years of experience, Precious specialises in electrical training and development. She is dedicated to equipping learners with the practical skills needed to succeed in the industry.

Tshepo Baloyi
Facilitator — Renewable Energy & WIL Officer
Tshepo is a qualified Electrical Artisan with over 15 years of experience. He focuses on renewable energy training and workplace-based learning, helping bridge the gap between education and industry.

John Mathibela
Facilitator — Welding
John is a Qualified Class A Welder with extensive experience in construction and fabrication. He trains and mentors learners to meet industry standards, combining technical expertise with hands-on instruction.

Student Administrator Assistant
Delisile supports daily campus operations, student queries, and administrative coordination. She is known for her professionalism, strong communication skills, and commitment to creating a welcoming student experience.

Kenosi Tolo
QA Administrator
Kenosi supports quality assurance processes and training coordination. She is passionate about skills development and plays an important role in ensuring training standards and learner support are consistently maintained.

Nelisiwe Zwane
Facility Officer
